By downloading, installing, or using MotioCue ("the app," "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These terms apply to all users of MotioCue — household owners, household members, drivers (permanent and temporary), and guests.
MotioCue is a household coordination tool. It helps households organise vehicle usage, communicate trip plans, and coordinate movement between household members and their drivers.
MotioCue does not guarantee that any trip will be completed, that a driver will be available, or that any movement coordination will succeed. We provide a coordination tool — the humans using it make their own decisions.
As a household owner, you are responsible for:
MotioCue does not verify driver licences, insurance, or any credentials. That is the responsibility of the household owner/members.
Drivers using MotioCue are private individuals engaged by and accountable to the household — not to MotioCue. Drivers agree to:
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through the app — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If payment fails, access to household features will be suspended after a grace period. Trip history and data are retained for 60 days after expiry before deletion.
Prices may change with 30 days notice. If we increase the price, we will notify you by email and in-app before the change takes effect.
You agree not to use MotioCue to:
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
The MotioCue app, name, logo, and all content within the service are owned by MotioCue.
You retain ownership of the data you create — your trip records, location names, and household information. You grant MotioCue a limited licence to store and process this data to provide the service.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of MotioCue without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotioCue shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of MotioCue shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time through the app. Deletion removes your complete data immediately (personal and trip information) and can't be recovered. See our Account & Data Deletion page for the exact steps.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the service. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
On termination, your right to use MotioCue ends immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
If you are accessing MotioCue from outside India, you agree that these terms still apply, and that you are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of MotioCue after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may delete your account before the effective date.
